Today is Family Literacy Day! This year’s theme is “15 Minutes of Fun”. Early Literacy does not mean learning to read early; it means helping our children be READY to LEARN. Having fun with literacy as a whole family is a great way to connect with each other and learn together. Be face-to-face with your infant, toddler or pre-schooler and sing, read and play together. It’s easy to incorporate literacy into your life. So have some fun learning together today….and every day!
